Employment Resources

Looking for an off-campus job? Careers in the Common Good (CCG) is a resource for students and alumni interested in nonprofit, social enterprise or public service careers and working for the common good. Brown Center for Career Exploration's counseling, programs, and online services can be useful for students interested in careers in the common good.

Rhode Island Community Jobs (RICOMJOB) is distributed as a public e-mail announcement list that seeks to connect nonprofit and public interest employers in the state with individuals seeking paid work that makes a difference in our communities. Anyone can join the list, and any nonprofit or government organization can post a paid position to the list as a free service. There are currently over 10,000 subscribers. 

The opportunities and events posted to the list are diverse in subject matter and skills required. All positions posted to the list are paid, but may be part-time, full-time, summer or consultant positions. To join the list or to list a position, please explore the links below.
