Hagar International, An international development agency and social enterprise based in
Cambodia seeks a savvy, motivated applicant for the position of
Executive Management Assistant to the President. The organization
rehabilitates trafficked and abused women and children and prepares
them for financial independence through social enterprise. This
position will work with all departments in the organization as the
President’s representative, as well as represent the President to
outside parties.

The Executive Assistant will be the point of contact for large donors
and senior officials, draft management documents, travel on behalf of
the organization, and manage the President’s schedule and contacts.
The Executive Assistant will work alongside the management team to
realize the strategic long-term goals of the organization. This will
give the candidate an opportunity to learn about all departments of a
non-profit organization and social enterprise.

Successful applicants must be able to multi-task, thrive under
pressure, think critically, and problem solve. Applicants must have
strong organization, writing and computer skills. They must be
self-motivated, flexible, and feel confident interacting with donors,
government officials, and international stakeholders.

International experience is highly valued. Interested parties must be
able to commit to a minimum contract of 1 year in Cambodia. This
position is competitively compensated and includes medical insurance
benefits.
