Faculty Fellows
It is sometimes said that the faculty are the lifeblood of the University, contributing to the quality of intellectual discourse and production, and serving as the mentors and guides for those who will follow in or break from their chosen paths. Educators and participants in education, the professor in this conception is central to the development of a student’s mind and character. It is in this spirit that six to eight faculty from varied disciplines in the College are asked to serve as Faculty Fellows to the program each year. Attending presentations, hosting dinners and offering another perspective on the process and progress of a given fellow’s work, these faculty members are integral to the vitality and ultimate success of the Society of Royce Fellows. The Faculty Fellows for 2005-2006 are listed below. For a listing of those who have previously served in this capacity, click here.
